As a Shelter Counsellor, you’ll engage in 24/7 crisis phone support while ensuring compliance with mandated outcomes. You'll work directly with women and their dependents to educate them about their rights and provide guidance on safety planning and healing from trauma. Candidates should have a strong foundation in social service policies and must be experienced in executing community-based support initiatives effectively.
