**OBJECTIVE**:
Based on General Knowledge of the Company's Products (Goods and/orServices) acts as the Customer's contact regarding Billing, Warranty Services, Product Specifications as well as Scheduled Shipping and Shipping Information.
**MAIN FUNCTIONS**:
1. Based on General Knowledge of the Company's Products (Goods and/or Services) acts as the Customer's contact regarding Billing, Warranty Services, Product Specifications as well as Scheduled Shipping and Shipping Information.
2. Handles all inquiries from Customers performing extensive research and/or Coordinating with other Departments as required obtaining solutions.
3. May Coordinate Product Returns for exchange or rework.
4. Formulates the required Reports and Prepares General Correspondence.
5. Meets the Established Procedures and the Policies of the Organization.
**EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS**: High School or Technical Studies.
**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:1 to 3 Years in Customer Service.
