Salary: $65,000 - $70,000

• Provide Leadership support of personnel to work effectively and build an effective team using a team building approach.
• Organize warehouse and ensure part storage location is kept orderly.
• Submit weekly hours worked as necessary to ensure correct/timely weekly payroll runs.
• Ensure timely deliveries to customers and monitor/track for departmental metrics.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Perform regular formal/informal workplace inspections, maintain 5S standards.
• Enforce safety rules and correct unsafe acts or conditions.
• Supervise staff within the department, providing training, mentoring and performance management to ensure employee productivity and effectiveness.
