Our growing Mississauga client is looking for a Shop Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-5 years related experience within a heavy machinery environment. You must also have a valid G license and clean drivers abstract. Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the shop, storage yard, fleet, and other property and equipment. Provide operational and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the company’s equipment and vehicles. Ensure all fleet processes are completed in a timely manner with records maintained accordingly. Maintain detailed inventory of all spare parts and materials on hand at the shop and offsite storage yard. Source and secure parts, materials & equipment required to ensure continuous operations based on consultation with construction team.
