Responsible for real‐time plan balancing, labor allocation, equipment utilization, and communication with production, materials, and molding planning teams.Core ResponsibilitiesExecute production plan releases each Friday, maintaining sequence of final pack, pre‐pack and processing within SAP.Rebalance weekly production plan at shift level to keep SAP data accurate.Maintain plan feasibility for labor hours, pre‐pack, final pack and processing machine usage.Manage pre‐pack balance by changeovers and keep warehouse capacity stable.Prioritize production lines during issues such as absenteeism or maintenance, directing shop floor resources.Communicate material shortages or delivery delays to Materials Planning, adjust plans accordingly, and advise planners.Coordinate with Molding Planning when material issues could impact production or cau...
