Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of showroom operations, ensuring a seamless and inspiring customer journey
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of design consultants and retail professionals to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional service
• Drive strategic initiatives to grow market share and enhance brand presence in the GTA West region
• Partner with cross-functional teams in merchandising, marketing, and logistics to optimize showroom performance
• Monitor KPIs and implement data-driven strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
• Maintain a showroom environment that reflects the brand’s commitment to design excellence and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive retail leadership experience, preferably in home improvement, design, or luxury retail
