Job Summary

Responsible for the general administration of the plant's occupational health program.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Fulfill the company's values and Safety Policies via preventive medicine service to employees, and attend to all injured or ill personnel to ensure their physical integrity.
• Transport injured or ill personnel using own knowledge and criteria; consult employee data and files to complete assigned reports.
• Comply with Injuries and Illness Prevention Audits each month.
• Fully comply with all Preventive Medicine Programs annually.
• Attend to all accidents or incidents where employees were injured.
• Maintain a minimum of 80% in Service Satisfaction survey.
• Maintain all certifications required by the company.
