Site Supervisor

Atlantic Operations is a wholly owned subsidiary of St Barbara Limited, an ASX listed gold producer and explorer with mining assets in Canada and Australia.

We are currently seeking a Site Supervisor. This role is a full time, max‑term position, reporting to the Site Superintendent and will be based at our Touquoy mine site located approximately 1‑hour northeast of Halifax, near Middle Musquodoboit, Nova Scotia.

The Opportunity

• Directing day‑to‑day activities of the operations team, monitoring progress and performance.
• Ensuring the application of all relevant regulations, codes, and corporate/site standards to operational activities.
• Conduct training for the employees and contractors, including classroom instruction, practical on‑field training, and assessments to evaluate competency.
• Plan and assist the site operations under the guidance of the Superintendent Site or delegate.
