Snowflake Administrator

A Snowflake Administrator is responsible for managing, securing, optimizing, and governing an organization’s Snowflake Data Cloud environment. The role focuses on user management, access control, warehouse configuration, performance tuning, automation, and cost governance to ensure smooth, secure, and scalable data operations.

Responsibilities

• Strong understanding of Snowflake architecture and multi-cloud concepts.
• Expertise in SQL, query tuning, and warehouse optimization.
• Deep knowledge of RBAC, security policies, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with automation using CI/CD tools (Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.).
• Familiarity with data ingestion tools like Snowpipe, Streams, and Tasks.
