As part of SOCi’s enablement function, you will develop targeted training content and help facilitate engaging learning experiences. Support cross-functional collaboration to create actionable materials that drive results. This position is vital in molding a competent and confident sales team that can navigate the competitive landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design enablement training content and materials
• Organize and facilitate training sessions for SDRs
• Maintain and update training resources in CRM and LMS
• Collaborate with product teams for effective resource translation
• Manage onboarding logistics and annual training calendar
