WHEAT is a Danish brand of children's clothing and footwear rooted in Scandinavian traditions. In Canada, our small and passionate team is based on Salt Spring Island. We're looking for someone creative, organized and enthusiastic about children's fashion, content creation and customer service to join our team.
What you'll do
- Create and schedule weekly newsletters and social media content
- Coordinating seasonal campaigns with influencers and collaborators
- Providing excellent customer services by responding to customer emails, DM's and messages
- Helping with customer inquiries, returns and order changes
- Assisting with seasonal campaign planning and promotional strategies
