Position Summary The Social Media Team Lead will oversee STEM for the Future’s digital presence, guiding content direction, ensuring consistency, and leading a team of content creators to grow awareness, engagement, and impact.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and leadership , and wants to build something meaningful from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities Strategy & Direction

Develop weekly and monthly content direction

Define content pillars (education, impact, storytelling, awareness)

Ensure content aligns with the organization’s mission and goals

Team Leadership

Lead and support a team of content creators

Assign content tasks and manage workflow

Provide feedback and guidance on content quality
