The engineer will design and develop platform-level systems to improve the reliability and quality of Harvey’s agentic AI products. This position suits candidates with 5+ years of backend experience, including at least 1 year in AI/ML engineering, who have worked on multi-model AI systems and internal infrastructure adopted across teams. Strong judgment in system design, a bias for ownership, and an interest in agentic AI are important. Experience in evaluation frameworks, autonomous systems, or high-stakes domains is a plus.
