We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to contribute to high-impact projects focused on log optimization, observability platforms, and developer tooling improvements.

This is a hands‑on, analytical role ideal for engineers who enjoy working across backend, infrastructure, and SRE domains, transforming ambiguous challenges into simple, scalable, and cost‑efficient solutions.

3+ years of experience in Backend, Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering roles.

Proven ability to independently drive focused technical projects to completion.

Observability & Monitoring:

Demonstrated expertise in large‑scale observability systems such as:

• OpenTelemetry
• Flink
• Fluent
• ELK Stack
• Chronosphere
• Splunk

Strong proficiency with Kubernetes.
