Food World Supermarket is seeking a skilled and organized Sous Chef to lead the preparation of fresh salads, sandwiches, soups, and daily specials for our Pick & Go counters. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume, fast-paced production of ready-to-eat meals , ensuring consistent quality, freshness, and visually appealing presentation. This role also involves supporting back-of-house operations, supervising kitchen staff, and maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
