The RBC Convention Centre isn’t your typical kitchen. One day might be a smaller event. The next could involve multiple large-scale functions happening at once, with hundreds or thousands of guests moving through the building. It’s fast‑paced, detailed, and highly coordinated, and it takes the right kind of person to thrive in it.
With event volume continuing to grow, the team is looking to add a Sous Chef. This is a leadership role where you’ll be part of a group of Sous Chefs working alongside the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef to keep everything moving, consistent, and on track.
