About the Role

Do you want to be at the heart of digital innovation and safer use of medicines? NHS Fife Pharmacy & Medicines Directorate invites an experienced pharmacist to play a pivotal role in the rollout of the Health Electronic Prescription and Medicines Administration (HEPMA) system across our hospital sites. This is a chance to be at the forefront of digital change, shaping how medicines are prescribed, administered, and monitored to improve safety, efficiency, and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Embed HEPMA into clinical practice and support staff through the change process.
• Ensure the system delivers real benefits for patients and professionals.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary colleagues to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centred care.
• Collaborate with site pharmacy teams, wider multidisciplinary teams and the Digital & Information Pharmacy Team.
