Our Guest Experience Specialists take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay. They go beyond the traditional front desk, owning the guest experience in the main areas of the hotel with a guest first mindset. They are empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done – from processing operational needs and addressing guest requests to completing reports, delivering quality meals, and sharing local highlights.
Key responsibilities include ensuring a smooth check‑in and check‑out, creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, protecting company assets, upholding quality standards, and presenting a professional uniform and appearance.
