**The Role**:The Specialist, HR Strategy, is responsible for supporting the development of HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives of Ford.The role coordinates with senior specialists and managers to drive effective HR initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent in line with corporate business priorities.The role is responsible for staying updated on trends and industry practices within the HR Strategy domain on best practices to assess current and future HR requirements within the organization.
**What You'll Need**:**Education**:- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree (preferred) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or any other related discipline.
**Experience**:- Minimum 3 years of work experience in Human Resources, Business Strategy, or a related field.
