Tesla Motors seeks a motivated, experienced, knowledgeable Quality Specialist to work in the Parts Distribution Center. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution environment, preferably involving work with medium to high-volume products.
The Quality
Specialist will work with prominent stakeholders, both strategic and tactical, as well as all aspects of the distribution center operation, to support a robust quality organization while understanding operational bottlenecks and system capabilities/needs. This individual must be a problem-solver, have a strong quality & customer-focused mindset, and have the personal drive and stamina for relentless, continual improvement.
