This role supports Cencora’s global logistics and storage services marketed through World Courier.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative solutions in line with the best interest of the client.
• Deal directly with clients, drivers, customs, and other stakeholders across the logistics chain.
• Work with other logistics specialists in World Courier’s extensive network of offices.
• Coordinate daily logistics and distribution activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of pharmaceutical products.

Education

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer care and a high school diploma.

Work Experience

• Potential for travel to multiple destinations.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and/or French.
• Creative problem solving.
• Flexibility to work multiple shifts.
