The Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist’s primary focus is to provide a seamless customer experience. The position is responsible for interacting with customers, internal and external partners, and managing expectations across various customer types by answering contacts and navigating multiple sources. With a high level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to follow up on matters, the Specialist owns all customer interactions, listens to and analyzes customer feedback, and uses this information to deliver the desired outcome.
