Responsibilities

• Estimate manufacturing and assembly costs for turbine engine components or modules.
• Analyze technical drawings to define optimal manufacturing processes.
• Determine raw materials and manufacturing processes to achieve optimal cost targets.
• Create 3D models to evaluate machining volumes and dimensions required to transform raw material into finished parts.
• Define cutting parameters and operation sequences to estimate and validate cycle times.
• Prepare technical documentation required for cost analysis and negotiations.
• Contribute to the development of negotiation strategies.
• Participate in cost negotiations with partners to reach competitive agreements.
