We are looking for a highly motivated HVAC Inside Sales Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing responsive, professional support and technical assistance on our HVAC products.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding product features and availability.
• Provide effective technical support on the use of all our HVAC products and inform customers of new products.
• Ensure sales agents have up‑to‑date product information (price lists, new literature, etc.).
• Respond to support requests from sales representatives.
• Participate in the drafting of commercial documents and ensure customers receive the appropriate documentation for their activities.
