Job Description

As a Specialized Education Technician, you play a key role in providing services to students within the Student Experience Directorate at LaSalle College. You advise and support both students and frontline colleagues. In your role, you intervene both in individual assistance and collective support.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as the first line to respond to psychosocial support requests from students (requests from students directly, teachers, or administrative staff);
• Implement the accommodations recommended by the advisor;
• Ensure regular follow-up with students, develop their autonomy;
• Support the student in learning: strategies, specialized software, adapted materials;
• Ensure coordination and follow-up with teachers (if applicable);
• Complete the intervention/home plan;
