Specification & Pipeline Manager Hybrid – St. Thomas, ON Office

What You Will Do The Specification & Pipeline (S&P) Manager identifies opportunities and drives specification growth for Delta Commercial. Responsible for lead qualification, sharing, and tracking to provide clear pipeline visibility, the role ensures Delta Commercial is represented on external specification platforms, supports proposal development and crossovers, and works closely with manufacturing agency partners, Business Development Managers, and Marketing to align demand and resource planning.

Primary Responsibilities

Develop and manage consistent tracking, distribution, and reporting of the full pipeline within the Heavy Commercial segment from lead to quotation to order.

Collaborate with Delta Commercial sales agency partners and BDMs to share opportunities, assist in spec writing, hold the spec through order, and track win/loss data.
