At PwC, our IT operations focus on managing and maintaining the technology infrastructure and systems to provide smooth operations and efficient delivery of IT services. This includes monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing security measures. In IT systems administration, you will work through the implementation, management, administration and advanced troubleshooting of IT solutions, maintaining the seamless operation of the organization’s IT infrastructure—including servers, network configurations, and critical support to prevent and resolve technical issues.
