Position Title: DBA - Expert - (MSSQL)

Duration: 6 months (Potential for this contract to be extended or converted to FTE)

Work location: 81 Bay 16th Floor, Hybrid - in office every Tuesday for the time being.

Daily Job Duties/Activities:

- Taking ownership of and leading technical resolutions for production incidents

- Communicating clearly complex technical issues to stakeholders and Lines of Business partners

- Complying with the Bank's standards for change control and overall database security policies

- Analyzing recurring incidents and identifying service improvements where possible

- Providing on-call rotational/pager support where required

- Participating in Incidents and Changes as part of BAU Operational activities

- Participating in Scheduled Disaster Recovery or SCM activities

- Participating in post-mortems and RCAs (Root Cause Analysis) of critical incidents
