The SQL Developer with TOAD proficiency, focusing on Oracle database development and management, leveraging TOAD as a primary tool. Designing, developing, and maintaining complex PL/SQL stored procedures, functions, packages, triggers, and views for various business functionalities. SQL querying, optimization, and performance tuning using techniques such as EXPLAIN PLAN, SQL*TRACE, AUTOTRACE, and query hints.
