Job Duties

• Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the auto and RV wash facility, ensuring smooth service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Plan, organize and evaluate day‑to‑day workflow, staffing levels and customer service standards to maintain consistent store performance.
• Supervise cashiers, assign daily duties, monitor work performance and provide ongoing direction to staff during all operating hours.
• Handle customer service issues, resolve complaints, and address service or supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage inventory of cleaning products, retail items and operational supplies; place orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock.
