The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of properties, ensuring accuracy, compliance with U.S. GAAP, and timely reporting. This role requires advanced Excel skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of property accounting, including general ledger, bank reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close
• Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP
