Position Summary
This role is responsible for driving business performance across NIBU (Nissan Importers Business Unit) markets in Latin America, specifically left‑hand drive Caribbean countries and expansion markets. The position partners with regional stakeholders to achieve key objectives such as retail and wholesale sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and alignment with Nissan’s global brand strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales operations and business development to drive growth and profitability across NIBU markets.
- Define and monitor key sales KPIs, including TIV, Retail Sales (RS), Wholesale (WS), allocation, and profitability.
- Lead negotiations for setting and aligning sales objectives with business partners.
- Develop and follow up on Customer Satisfaction (SSI) improvement action plans.
- Act as the primary sales representative for NIBU markets within the importer structure.
