Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to purchase materials according to required technical specifications, price, delivery schedule, and terms.
Each day, you will ensure purchasing activities align with corporate purchasing policies and procedures.
Initiating Purchase Orders in the system for direct materials, according to the purchase requisitions and in alignment with standard procedures, confirming delivery with suppliers, monitoring, and tracking supplier performance to PO requirements.
Follow up with main suppliers evaluating stocks for good services.
Follow up on all services as direct buyer according production line.
Follow on statements to be on time according payment terms.
Analyzing and evaluating stock to complete planning scheduling.
Avoid possible shortages.
Confirm material health & recalculate safety stocks.
