Data Engineer At Onetree, we are looking for a Data Engineer to join our team and play a key role in cloud data migration and optimization projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the engineering team on the migration of functionality from Azure to AWS, designing efficient and scalable data structures.
- Define the best storage solutions in AWS and Azure, based on access patterns, data size, cost, scalability, and resilience.
- Design, build, and test data migration processes across clouds, including co-hosting scenarios and gradual transitions of read and write operations.
Requirements:
- The role requires working on-site in Mexico City.
- Proven experience as a Data Engineer, ideally in cloud migration projects (Azure / AWS)
- Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Redis).
