About This Opportunity
Essential Duties and Job Functions - Manage and coordinate meetings for the Chief Corporate Affairs and Patient Advocacy Officer and members of the Corporate Affairs Leadership Team; schedule meetings/rooms and resolve calendar conflicts.
- Provide administrative support for employee engagement events (e.g., all-hands meetings, roundtables, and other activities).
- Provide administrative support for patient advocacy events (including advisory board meetings).
- Offer onsite support to guests (patients and their families), including coordination of travel.
- Coordinate travel and expense reports for the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer and external speakers (including patients).
- Help manage department budget cycles, including long-range planning, annual budget planning, and monthly financial reporting.
