Role Overview The Sr. Executive Estate & Liaisoning will be responsible for managing liaisoning activities, statutory approvals, regulatory coordination, and compliance processes for the organizations real estate projects and properties. The role requires close coordination with government authorities, municipal bodies, promoters, developers, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely approvals, renewals, and adherence to statutory obligations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of local real estate regulations, liaisoning procedures, and government approval processes, along with the ability to independently manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
