Dynatrace is seeking a passionate Senior Field Marketing Manager – SPLA to join our LATAM field marketing organization. This person will need to have a deep understanding of metrics and data to inform the build and execution of marketing campaigns, programs, and events. He/she will work hand in hand with the SPLA regional sales leaders and teams and is responsible for the creation and execution of the marketing plan to generate pipeline, build awareness and accelerate opportunities to close.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development, promotion, communication and execution of in-region marketing programs that include but are not limited to events, webinars, demand campaigns, nurture programs and social media.
• Create new and expansion pipeline and accelerate opportunities through regional events aligned to sales campaigns, targeted personas and pipeline goals.
• Plan and execute LATAM digital promotion programs with the Digital Marketing team.
