We are looking for a LATAM FP&A Manager to act as a strategic Finance Business Partner for the LATAM leadership team. This role goes beyond reporting, focusing on insight, challenge, and decision support across a complex, multi‑country business.
You will partner closely with Supply Chain, and Operations leaders, leading planning, forecasting, and performance management while turning data into actionable insights that drive profitability, cash flow, and long‑term value creation across LATAM.
What you’ll do:
- Partner with senior leaders on budgeting, forecasting, and multi‑year strategic planning - Lead regional performance analysis, risks & opportunity identification - Build financial models and scenarios (S&OP, cost drivers, capex, optimization) - Drive FP&A transformation, analytics, and automation (Power BI, dashboards) - Lead and develop regional FP&A talent in a matrix environment.
