**Key Responsibilities**
**1.
Financial Reporting & Compliance**
- Prepare and ensure the accuracy of **monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements** in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Provide **timely financial reports** to HQ, ensuring they meet corporate deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with **local tax regulations, financial standards, and company policies**.
**2.
General Ledger Management**
- Maintain and reconcile **general ledger accounts** to ensure financial accuracy.
- Ensure proper recording of **journal entries, accruals, and adjustments**.
- Assist with the **month-end and year-end closing processes**.
**3.
Accounts Receivable**
- Manage vendor and customer accounts, reconciling outstanding balances.
- Address **discrepancies and resolve financial issues** related to AP/AR.
**4.
Budgeting & Cash Flow Management**
- Assist in **budget preparation and financial forecasting**.
