Job Summary
The Firehouse Subs team is looking for a Sr. Manager, Business Development, Canada & US Central to join our Firehouse Subs Franchising Team. The Sr. Manager, Business Development leads the efforts on franchising, from initial contact to qualification, to close, within their designated territory. The role requires working onsite 5 days per week out of our office in Toronto, ON.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed new restaurant growth targets with new and existing franchisees in designated territory.
- Eagerly seek out and identify franchisee candidates via sales – phone, networking, referrals, social media, road shows and our lead generation marketing partners.
- Build and cultivate relationships with franchisee candidates as a trusted advisor, educating candidates on the Firehouse Subs franchise model and franchise disclosure document.
