What Will You Do?
- Establish and maintain monthly dashboards with Key Performance Indicators across digital channels, encompassing technical solution performance, business performance and client experience.
- Set performance targets and forecasts that reflect organizational ambitions and market realities.
- Move beyond reporting metrics to explaining performance drivers—identifying root causes of variance, trends, and anomalies through fact‑based analysis.
- Conduct deeper diagnostic analytics to uncover opportunities and risks that inform strategy refinement.
