Role Overview

The Senior Manager – Legal Entity & Liquidity Planning Management is responsible for leading legal entity–level financial and liquidity planning, ensuring effective cash management, regulatory compliance, and alignment with the regional and global financial strategy. The role includes direct leadership of a team of three professionals and requires close interaction with senior stakeholders, including Finance Directors (FDs) and Global Finance leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Legal Entity & Liquidity Planning

• Lead legal entity–level liquidity forecasting and planning, ensuring short-, medium-, and long-term cash visibility.
• Manage and analyze cash flows, funding requirements, intercompany financing, and dividend planning.
• Identify liquidity risks and proactively develop mitigation plans.
• Ensure alignment of liquidity planning with local regulatory requirements and global financial policies.
