Sr. Manager, Regulatory Remediation

What is the opportunity? The Sr. Manager, Regulatory Remediation is responsible for implementing best practices and guiding regulatory and audit remediation efforts for the RBC Technology Infrastructure (TI) group. You will guide TI project managers who lead and manage risk remediation efforts, contribute to remediation plans (short‑term and long‑term) to mitigate technology risks, and ensure coverage of regulatory remediation requirements. This role works closely with infrastructure and other partners to identify mitigation and remediation plans and oversee the execution of risk remediation programs in alignment with the RBC Risk Management Framework and regulatory expectations.
