NTT DATA is seeking a Sr Micro Focus COBOL Developer to join our team in Brampton, Ontario. The position is hybrid and requires a strong background in Micro Focus COBOL development and RPA.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise applications using Micro Focus COBOL.
• Design, code, test, and debug COBOL programs based on business requirements.
• Work extensively with ISAM file systems for data storage, retrieval, and optimization.
• Build and maintain automation workflows using Python.
• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Integrate RPA solutions with APIs, databases, and third‑party systems.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and analysis using Python.
• Develop reusable components and frameworks for automation.
• Analyze existing systems and propose performance improvements and modernization strategies.
