We are looking for a Procurement specialist at our office in Guadalajara to join our Procurement team at Koch Shared Services

This key position will contribute to the purchasing process, efficient PO tracking, supplier onboarding support, management initiatives support, and procurement stakeholder support.
**What You Will Do**
- **Be partner understanding of customer requirements (Validate purchase requisitions, request for and review quotes) and learning their business to be part of the decisions.**:
- **Financial Analysis (Cost/benefit).**:
- **Review software contracts.**:
- Executing procurement process
- Placement of Purchase Orders (PO).
- Follow up of PO's (material delivery, PO closing, etc.)
- PO disputes resolution.
- Create partnership with suppliers (checking PO is delivered on time to the supplier, receive acknowledge from them follow up of lead times, best prices, etc.)
- Support to management initiatives.
