About This Opportunity
The Senior Product Manager – Growth will own the strategy, experimentation roadmap, and execution of growth initiatives across iHerb’s B2C ecommerce experience. This role is accountable for driving measurable improvements in acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, and lifetime value across web, app, and owned marketing channels.
This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for identifying friction in the customer journey and run high velocity experiments to optimize the funnel. You are a full-stack growth thinker who understands how to use data and insights to unlock revenue and customer value at scale.
Job Expectations
