The **Sr.
Quality Engineer** is responsible for leading and overseeing all quality-related functions across SBS warehouses in Juarez, Queretaro, and Monterrey.
This role ensures consistent implementation of quality systems, compliance with ISO ****:****, and a customer-focused approach to quality operations across all locations.
The manager will guide and develop on-site quality engineers and inspectors, manage customer escalations, and implement preventive and corrective actions to continually improve the quality system.
