About This Opportunity
Responsibilities - Partner with hiring managers in developing recruitment strategies for current and future staffing needs
- Implement necessary sourcing strategies to include a variety of methods of attracting top talent
- Proven experience working with recruitment agencies
- Responsible for supporting KPIs and metrics reporting in a high-volume recruiting environment
- Work cross-functionally with greater Talent Attraction Group
- Engage in various recruiting projects, such as new system implementations, career fairs, referral programs among others
Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate recruiting or RPO environment, with a focus on software engineering, data & analytics, product management, or other Computer Science field
- Knowledge of Boolean search, running market campaigns, ATS systems, and LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
