**About the role**:
You ́ll participate in software development projects with a Top Client in the Beverage/Retail industry as Scrum Master
**Main Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
**-Scrum Master Certification.
**
**-5+ Yoe in Scrum Master**roles.
- Plan and facilitate **Scrum activities/ceremonies**, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, board reviews, and retrospectives.
- Strong experience in **Jira/Confluence**usage.
- Participate in **Team Management**(including onboarding/offboarding, performance coaching, etc.).
- **Stakeholder management**, deal with different members of the team (internal and external).
