Sr. Specialist, Human Resources Business Partner
This position is responsible for the application of HR principles, practices, and tools that support the execution of business strategy and provide a positive work environment. HR consulting and coaching (e.g., working with business leaders to solve significant people and cultural issues, provides expertise in technical and regulatory aspects of employment including hiring, termination, performance management, rewards, etc. This role is responsible for policy and procedure management, general customer service and wellness, development and human resource management, and process improvement support.
